standnotamazed were asked to launch the first range of full HD LCD televisions for LG, with the brief ‘Bringing the Image to Life', an event featuring ourselves and Lily Allen.

We devised a presentation with john and vanderput, vanderput being trapped inside the television screen and john being live on stage. Due to the nature of the launch, all the footage was filmed in High Definition to show the clarity of the screens.

Various objects were passed magically in and out of the screen; an apple was thrown to john who took a bite and threw it back to vanderput, complete with missing bite; a drink was poured and sipped on stage, and an envelope containing the winners of three HD TV's literally rose through the screen in a brand new effect created specifically for the show that drew gasps from the audience.

After the event, the company were thanked personally by the CEO of LG Europe, James Kim, for their efforts.
