Heston Blumenthal approached the company to integrate magic into The Fat Duck's innovative presentations of their dishes.

To accompany The Fat Duck's presence at the Moet Champagne Ball in honour of Nick Knight, we created three effects. One of these was subsequently chosen to become a permanent fixture of the tasting menu at The Fat Duck.

This project has since become a major focus of the press coverage for the restaurant of 2007, featuring in the Observer and Restaurant magazine, and filmed for This Morning.
